Terms and Conditions

As mentioned, all sales are final.  We understand that after you receive the full size set of plans, you may want some changes that you didn’t see on the smaller versions.  You can make the changes on our Modification Process page in this website or mark the changes on the full size drawings and send back.  We will review and send you revised costs associated with these changes.

These plans were prepared at a specific time and comply with the California Building Code (CBC) with an understanding that codes change.  We will make every effort to comply with the latest CBC and your local building jurisdiction.  It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to see the plans are in compliance with local codes with items not included.  Items not included are explained on our FAQ page.  The purchaser and/or builder of these plans release Sierra Pacific Home Designs of any claims or lawsuits that may occur during the construction of this residence or any time after.
